A new revelation!

I am happy to report that I have just registered for my first 5K race on December 1st!!!
I cannot wait to experience my first 5k race along side my hubby - and of course anyone else that wants to join our little group. This is going to be a great experience!

So I guess this entry might be a short one because I have been completely busy at work and I haven't had a chance to really write today.
And yesterday's entry brought everything up to date to what I have been doing, well, except for this little bit of information that I just shared.

I even joined a running group on Facebook that is just for Latina's... which is great! I've already made plans with someone in the group to meet up and start running.
I got to look at my wardrobe and see what I will need to have for the race on the 1st. I already have a great pair of running shoes that the hubby got for me... I just need to make sure that I have the right type of clothing for this run!

Hopefully the weather will cooperate for that day... maybe a little snow, not so much to make it hard to run but a tiny bit so it goes along with the theme of the run. 

Hopefully I will be able to run today or even tomorrow... I want to get it in as soon as I can. :-)

OMG!!! I am going to run a race!!! God-willing!

Looking forward to seeing the monkey after work so much right now... I've missed her so much today especially since I have spent so much time with her the last couple of days.
